Well maintained hotel. Had a great night stay. Booked a king suite and it was very worth the money. Clean rooms, nice and warm welcoming front desk staff. Feels more like a 3-star than a 2! There’s also free self-parking space and that made it more wonderful.
My check-in was very expedient and easy. Cassie was a Godsend with a killer attitude and work ethic. She made me feel welcomed as well. My room was spacious and super clean. I slept like the dead. The shower was hot hot and endless. I also love the complimentary washers and dryers. This is the best Candlewood I have ever stayed at.
Got to stay here for the night thanks to the VA as my Husband was going to be having surgery early morning at the nearby VA Hospital which was only a couple minutes away and so they put us up here for the day before so we wouldn't have to drive to Indy early and let me tell you Candlewood was a nice mini day-cation for us. Check in was easy and smooth. Friendly staff. Nice clean lobby. There's a area across from the front desk that offers an array of snacks and drinks that you can buy which was nice to have in case you wanted something to snack. Now the rooms were amazing so cute & beautiful & my favorite was the kitchenette, DO TRUST the pictures that there are in fact kitchenettes WITH A FULL FRIDGE cause my husband didn't think all the rooms would have em so we really didn't bring anything for dinner and we had wish we did, also there was a 2 burner stove, coffee maker, some silverware, some dishes, a toaster, so if your someone who's needing to stay for a week or longer, you can't go wrong with this place. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfy, loved how the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom, was nice to also have a TV in the bedroom. Was definitely a wonderful stay that if we get the chance to stay again just cause then we would love to come back. Thank you Candlewood for having us.🙂

Stayed 2 nights with family. Traffic and area are not favorable. No close amenities for food or grocery. Hotel is medium. Our room did appear clean and was well equipped for long term stay. Service was medium. Overpriced for quality due to long term stay set up. Escape routes were taped to the walls.
We had a suite and it was nice! The luggage cart is not very convenient. The biggest complaint we had a family member in a wheelchair, there is No awning to unload at the door and it was downpouring rain when we arrived. It had been raining for a while, we all got drenched trying to unload wheelchair and individual along with our bags. Parked the car and the parking lot water was over our shoes. We spent 2 hours using the hair dryer to dry our shoes and jackets. There was also only 1 elevator working which caused long wait times. Would not recommend if you have to unload a disabled person!!!!
