We are most upset about the fact that they scratched up our new very expensive hood and then attempted to secretly cover it up with a sharpie rather than being honest. It cannot be fixed and that was a very low class way to handle it. Here is the full experience: We needed a new hood vent installed along with a make up air system. The sales appointment went great. We went over the specific details of the hood/blower being installed and I was told that the quote covered every detail, a full install from a to z. The price of all of this was very high and so were our expectations. There was clearly a disconnect between sales a production because when it came time for installation, the install crew had no idea that the blower needed to go on the roof (requiring a roofer) and they also claimed we may need additional electrical work never mentioned before. This became a huge headache and all the manager was interested in doing was making excuses and defending the sales rep. It took quite a bit of time, but ultimately everything got installed and it was determined no more electrical work was needed. We then discovered the deep scratch covered up with sharpie on our hood. I thought they knew what they were doing but they failed both the HVAC and electrical inspections, requiring hours of more work. As a company it just doesn't run very competently.

Highly recommend. Matt and the whole team has been great so far. Trustworthy, good communication, and easy to worth with. They gave me good recommendations that weren’t sales or pushy. They serviced two of my residential units and I will be handling my future bi annual maintenance needs
