I had a great experience with Orion Auto Service. I brought in my 2014 BMW 328i for a second opinion after receiving a large estimate from a BMW dealership, and the Orion team did an excellent job reviewing the car, explaining the issues clearly, and helping me understand what actually needed attention. They diagnosed and addressed a valve cover oil leak, replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils affected by oil saturation, and replaced the aging drive belt. They were thorough, professional, and transparent throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they separated the urgent items from things that could be monitored, instead of making me feel pressured to approve everything at once. Their estimate was clear, reasonable, and much easier to understand than the dealership’s. Overall, I felt like they were honest, knowledgeable, and practical. I would definitely recommend Orion to anyone in Houston looking for a trustworthy independent BMW/European auto shop.
This shop is great. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied with their work on my R56 JCW Mini. Maintenance for German cars are expensive and want it done right the first time. Even if you identify something that wasn’t done properly Marlon and Roger are willing to work out something. Very reasonable guys. Also they do give you an inspection report of suggested repairs and you’re not obligated to accept them. There’s never been any pressure from them. I recommend this shop as these guys are down to earth. The only negative is that they are not opened on the weekend but that means they’re successful enough to take time off for themselves.

Long overdue review! I've been coming to Orion Auto Service for a couple of years now, and I keep coming back for one simple reason: they're transparent and honest. As a woman, it can be hard to find a mechanic you truly trust but I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of here. The owner and techs are genuinely kind and professional, and the customer service is outstanding every single time. Highly recommend!
