I have in the past couple of house projects been conned/screwed over because I believe that since I’m now single because of my husband passing away they got away with it. I’ve gotten less naive with each time but I was still nervous & I admit…a little scared but from the first moment I met Tristan I knew he was going to be honest and professional. We had a fantastic experience with Waterworks. After dealing with another company that immediately jumped to worst-case scenarios and expensive recommendations, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a team that focused on solving the actual problem. Not only were they professional and responsive, but they completed the work faster and at a significantly lower cost than the previous company quoted. Most importantly, they got it right the first time. The issue that kept returning after only 30 days with the previous contractor has not come back once since Waterworks completed the job. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was happening, didn't use scare tactics, and treated us with honesty and respect. It's rare to find companies that combine great service, quality workmanship, and fair pricing, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend Waterworks to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who stand behind their work.

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Great experience with Waterworks to tune up our AC this week. Tyler our technician showed up right on time, exactly when the company said he would - and he let us know he was on the way, which was very much appreciated. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and his communication skills are to be commended. Explained what he was working on every step of the way in a clear and easy way. The same goes for Garrett, the technician who showed up to work on the water heater. Overall, very pleased with the service and result. Prices are still a little high, but so far, worth it.
I was very pleased with both Logan and Teagen. They introduced themselves and were very nice. While Logan was inside taking care of the sink clog Teagen was outside with me trying to figure out what the problem of my dripping outside water connection. He was very through and said he'd send pics to someone he wanted to consult with. Told me everything he was doing. Just very polite and very nice.My son was inside with Logan and he said he told him everything he was doing. They left me with the price to fix the outside spigot. Both are an asset to your company. If the need arises I will call you again. Thanks
