I visited their shoppe on June 8, 2006. Their customer service skills were literally genuine, professional, informative, and noteworthy. It started with Michea creating me a car appointment to Dr. Jason delivering the diagnosis and prognosis of my car's health. The report included photos, written descriptions, and competitive prices. The report was so thorough that it reminded me of a physician going over my child's physical report! Kudos to Michea, Dr. Jason, Justin, and Chuck for making my visit seamless! GOD bless them all!

Highly recommend Braxton Automotive! The staff was super pleasant, professional, and took great care of my BMW X3. I was impressed by the digital inspection report they sent over - It was thorough and on par with dealership-level service. Fair pricing and great communication all around. I'll definitely be back!
I had multiple items repaired on my BMW which were complex. The follow up was consistent. The communication was thorough and effective. The ENTIRE Staff is always very welcoming and friendly whether they are just walking by or engaging in a conversation. Best customer service I have ever received from a car repair business. Lastly, I really like the electronic car repair reports that allow review and approval for the repair because it creates proactive transparency on the repair items and cost in a written format.
Great customer service. Went twice in one week. Each time the turnaround for repairs were quick and seamless. Prices are great and the entire staff is very knowledgeable about cars and repairs. First time at this location. Took my Nissan to Braxton’s other shop for years. Special shout out to Jason!!!
