Not as expected. I thought that the hotel was in the casino. Not a separate building. Lovely stay though regardless. Breakfast was subpar, bland, plus eggs gross you could tell definitely carton, the pancakes if you can call them that were cold, the only saving grace was the bread station and cereal. So just stay away from the "warm" stuff and you'll be fine. Room was clean and comfy.
Excellent! The room was clean. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. It appeared as if some updates were done to the room as well. I would recommend staying here! It’s a quick covered walk to the casino, too. The Parlay Lounge is a great place to eat and it’s right in the hotel.
Came here for my birthday celebration. Was given 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. 2 pks of coffee. Had to ask for bath towels & privacy sign for door. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating when asked for something. Cannot call front desk from the room which I found odd. Room was very clean even though the rooms and sagging wallpaper show it's age. And if someone could explain the pic below, that would be great. But the reason we will absolutely stay here again is because this is the first hotel we have ever stayed in that you couldn't hear the traffic and all other outside nuisances. We have traveled all across the U.S. and this was a first for us. We heard 1 truck with no muffler being an ass but that was it.

The staff made us feel like a bother. We heard knocking at the door an hour before checkout time when we even had a quiet sign on the doorknob. Hotel breakfast was $14 per person so we left and got breakfast elsewhere. I’ve never seen this not be included. The whole experience felt cheap… they even had a shared lotion in our room that had “property of the hotel” sticker on it. The door to our room (406) didn’t even fully open… It either settled with the foundation or never properly worked in the first place. We’d rather pay a few bucks more and have a closer walk to the casino and included breakfast at the Rivers hotel. The staff never asked us how our experience was when getting our receipt… that’s the cherry on top.
We had a great stay! Check-in and check-out processes were easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. We love that this hotel is attached to the casino. The checkout time of 12:00 noon was nice because we didn't feel so rushed in the morning. We were also happy to enjoy a complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend!
