We had a great stay! Check-in and check-out processes were easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. We love that this hotel is attached to the casino. The checkout time of 12:00 noon was nice because we didn't feel so rushed in the morning. We were also happy to enjoy a complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend!
Upon entering the facility, we were greeted with " you must have booked with Expedia ! " . No we did not . We called directly . Then we were told " no , you booked with Expedia ! " Again no we did not . Ok I asked if we had a room , after driving 2 hours away ! And the response was yes .... Great no issues then . Nope it was only the beginning. The next morning we get up just in time for the much needed hot breakfast . Not knowing it was NOT included in our room rate ! ! We were informed not once but several times that it was from 6 am till 10 am . And if we didn't want it , we needed to tell the front desk asap due to the fact you are "AUTOMATICALLY " charged for it anyways ... I have never ever in my life heard of such things . Since when can a hotel chain charge you for a service you have NOT even thought of yet to purchase ? ! Somehow , I think this was all a joke . No it was not . Our suite was excellent. In space and in convenience for all our needs . The kitchenette was fabulous . I didn't expect it . Taking everything in stride , we ventured over to the Casino . Which was sparce. Due to all the incliment weather approaching us all. The slots paid out . Yay 😁🙌😁😉 A fine evening after being rudely given the once over . We left earlier than expected due to health n family issues . Try a room there . Just be prepared for attitude from the front desk and being told you are not allowed to eat the breakfast Buffett until they are ready for you not when it is listed everywhere to go do .... Ugh

Have stayed here many times without problems nice hotel with friendly staff but !! Last night coming back to the room at 1:30 am the heat wasn't working and the temperature was -6 at the time it was 65 in the room. Was told I could get a different room but it would take an hour to and hour and a half to get one. My elderly Mother in law and father in law were already sleeping so waking them up at 3 am to pack all their things was not an option I chose. All I wanted was someone from maintenance to look at it, not an option. We slept in our clothes just to get through the night by morning it was 56 degrees. Checkout is at noon and the cleaning lady opened our door at 9:30 am to clean. Evidently the manager won't be in till Friday ! Calls to cooperate go unanswered ! The lady at the desk said because I was offered a different room there is nothing she can do. Am I wrong for wanting compensation for this disaster of a stay ?
The location and staff were great! However, if you are wheelchair bound, choose another property. The only roll-in showers are in suites, which requires you to pay more and the shower chair is very small, which appears to fit the body of an average weight 12yr old. It didn’t feel safe/sturdy enough to use that chair for my 80 yr old wheelchair bound mother, so we eventually moved to another hotel for her to shower. I took a shower and the water never gets warm enough, certainly not hot. It didn’t even slightly steam up the mirror.
My stay at the Hyatt was pretty good besides the check in process. I had to go up and down to front desk 3 times in the row because my key wasn't opening the door. Finally she moved me to another room. The room itself was very nice and modern. I enjoyed the layout of the hotel. It's connected to a casino so there was a smoke smell in the halls but it didn't bother me. Parking can get packed in front of the girl but there is a big garage behind the hotel with plenty of parking just some extra steps getting to the room. Overall good stay and I will return Edit 1/31/2026- well I returned and this time was horrible. Again had check in problems. First room no heat second room key wouldn't work third room slight heat. It never reached the temperature I had it set on the thermostat. You have to pay for breakfast. The shower took 10 minutes to heat up. I was in room 146. My stay was horrible and I will NOT be returning
