I’ve used Krupp for a sewer repair and now two new toilet installs. These guys are great. They are punctual, have great customer service, excellent quality of work, and easy to understand billing. Most importantly, I feel confident to trust their opinion. Dana, Tyler and Dan did a great job on my toilet installs. I’ll be back!
I had a very serious plumbing problem that started in December 2024. I had insurance but had problems with getting info from the company that the insurance company assigned to the job. After four months of getting a run around, I asked to be able to get my own plumbing company. I contacted Krupp Whitney and they couldn’t be any more accommodating to my situation. They responded immediately and gave me a fair assessment of the job. There were many unknown due to the extent of damage to the old crock sewer line from the house to the street. They were able to line part of the sewer which eliminated having to dig up my sidewalk, but the concrete Street and the front yard had to be excavated. They kept me well informed as things progressed. All the workers were very skilled and professional, and answering any questions that I had. It became apparent that there were many problems due to the age of the sewer line (over 100 years old). I observed the whole process and was able to see where the problems were. The equipment, tools and machinery were state-of-the-art. Everyone in the company that I had contact with from the owner to the secretary to the many different workers were very nice, very professional and did their job well. I highly recommend them.

Mike S took care of our job. Our water service line needed to be replaced. Very complicated job. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. Mike is very skilled on that bobcat.
LEFT A FAMILY OF 5 WITHOUT WATER FOR WEEKS. AVOID THIS COMPANY. !!! I used to be a loyal customer who referred everyone and left 5-star reviews, but the sheer lack of professionalism from the owner, Nathan, forces me to warn others. Krupp Whitney Plumbing sent technicians completely unprepared for three separate scheduled appointments: First Visit: The technician arrived with a broken drain snake. Second Visit: The technician arrived with a broken camera. Third Visit: The technician arrived with no camera at all. We waited three hours for him to retrieve one, only for its battery to die 5 minutes later. We then waited another hour for a replacement battery to be delivered. Instead of taking ownership of these continuous equipment failures, Nathan minimized our emergency. He intentionally left my husband, myself, and our three children entirely without running water for weeks. When I reached out to resolve this, Nathan intentionally dodged multiple texts, phone calls, and voicemails left with his scheduling team and personal number. He only responded when I sent a final text, blatantly lying to cover himself: "Jessica, my apologies I think there was a misunderstanding with what my guys found. I was under the impression things were resolved." This was a provable lie I had updated him directly throughout the entire ordeal. He actively chose to ignore our crisis and walked away from our job. To be fair, there are some good people working here. Field technicians Ty and Hunter truly tried to help and were fully respectful, along with a couple of other guys who clearly felt terrible about our situation. Unfortunately, they all work for a fundamentally broken company. Nathan showed zero accountability and treated our family like we didn't matter. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business to a company with an owner who actually cares about human beings.
I consistently come back to Krupp Whitney for my plumbing needs - their technicians are so helpful and fantastic, and I love supporting local being in the area myself. Tyler and Michael helped with our shower handle today and were personable and professional. Thanks to you all for your hard work and help! 🙂
