Christopher was respectful, timely, informative, and professional. He is the reason that the phone number for All Good Plumbing is written on the top of my water heater for any future plumbing needs. I called All Good after we discovered a gas leak major enough that the fire department was called to clear the house. After evaluating my family, they called the gas company to come find and repair the leak. The gas company brought outdated equipment and insisted there was no leak. I had no faith in that answer and Christopher found the leak very quickly. He replaced the regulator and joints after he showed me where the problem was (I am the type that likes to understand how systems work). I would recommend this company to anyone needing a professional, informative plumber to assist them with their issues without hesitation.

The appointment process was smooth, and I appreciated receiving a text message with information about the technician assigned to my service call. Ben contacted me in advance to let me know when to expect him, and he arrived right on time. The assessment was completely free, and at no point did I feel pressured to use their services. Instead, they provided several options and quoted prices that fit my budget without any upselling. We scheduled the installation for a later date, and once again, Ben and Nick arrived promptly and demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process. Wow is all I can say. I called last night due to a water back up in the outside drain. It was scheduled for first thing this morning. Eric called me with an ETA and showed up right on time. First, Eric was super kind and very personable, which I love to get service technicians like that. Eric explained everything to me after I told him what was going on. He used this very powerful machine to get the clog unclogged, so that was a relief. He was so thorough as he also checked our crawl space just to make sure everything was dry. Thankfully it was, but he was certainly thinking of all possibilities. He called his partner to bring out the camera and they scoped it. Thankful they did not find anything. They show you the camera while they are scoping it so you can see the pictures as well. These men were extremely honest and their pricing was average for this job. They do offer a 3% discount if you pay cash, if you pay by check no extra/no discount, if you pay by CC then it’s a 3% fee, which is normal these days. They also gave a 5% discount because my hubby is a veteran. I am having them back in 4 months to scope it again to see if there is any tree roots that have grown in there as this was my second blockage. This is my first time using this company and now they are the only plumbers I will use!! I absolutely had great confidence in them.
Never thought this would happen to me but found out that my home had a water leak under the slab and a whole-house re-piping was recommended (by several companies) due to the age of my home. After several estimates, Allgood Plumbing seemed to be a good fit for me. Licensed technician/plumber, Dakota Knopp, performed the re-piping and was very knowledgeable, professional, extremely nice, courteous, mannerly, and very patient with me and my "inquisitiveness." His assistant, Devon, was also so very kind, sweet, courteous, and mannerly. They also replaced a sewer "cleanout" drain due to roots seen on camera footage. Dakota went above and beyond, did what was needed to get the job done, and did a wonderful job! Allgood Plumbing had good customer service and I felt they had fair pricing. I plan on using Allgood Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and would, most definitely, recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much Dakota!
Called All Good Plumbing at 1pm on Wednesday afternoon and they were at my house the same day, 3 hours later at 4PM to fixed plumbing problem. No fee charge for initial visit and estimate to complete work. Had problem with stripped plastic threads on cheap valve fitting and could not attached metal hose to water line necessary for new dishwasher install. All Good Plumbing changed out plastic valve & plastic threads with a higher quality metal ball valve within 15 minutes and metal threads for connection and I was able to complete my dishwasher install. Good quality work. Prompt service and friendly technician. Highly recommended.
