We came here with the kids expecting a simple splash fountain, but it turned into one of the best family outings we’ve had in Columbus. The moment the water jets started dancing, the children ran straight into them with huge smiles and endless laughter. It was impossible not to smile watching everyone enjoy themselves. The fountain is spacious, clean, safe, and beautifully designed. The colorful lights, changing water patterns, and the stunning downtown skyline create an unforgettable atmosphere. Parents can relax while kids play for hours, and the entire area is well maintained. Best of all—it’s completely free! Bring towels, water shoes, and a camera because you’ll definitely want to capture the memories. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone wanting to enjoy a summer evening in downtown Columbus. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌊☀️💙
This particular fountain is located in the heart of the town, and it was overcrowded on the weekend when the temperature was high, and kids weren't doing anything. The great atmosphere is when you see people enjoying themselves, the parents and kids. Nice facilities.

This is what makes Columbus sparkle. The shimmering fountain with the magnificent Leveque Tower in the background is this city's box of jewels.
Nice fountain or splash pad for kids... and there's a restroom .. but need to clean often.. floor always wet... not safe for older adults. You can walk on a trail . You can do kayak at the river... hard to find public parking... beware of some parking lot.. it says public parking.. but actually its private.. you might get towed. Need more parking lot in the area.
It's interesting-ish. I'd not drive just to see this feature but the area in general is very nice. It's open air, green with running water. Most of the thing you'd want to have for a nice evening stroll or a morning run. I loved the buck watching the river on the bridge.
