We had a wonderful experience at the Drury! The rooms were huge with vaulted ceilings, the food was all excellent (for what it was - included with your stay), and you can't beat the drink specials. The best part of our experience was the staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, especially to our little one - from the cleaning crew to management. It makes all the difference! Highly recommend!
We had a quick overnight trip planned and wanted to stay close to PNC park to attend a baseball game. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated warmly by every single employee whom we encountered. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful and Rita took the time to visit our room personally before she gave the other staff permission to assign the room. In addition, because the room we booked wasn’t ready, we were given an extra upgrade, a room with lots of space and beautiful appointments. The “5:30 Kickback” was very crowded and guests impatiently tried to make the most of a delicious meal but the staff once again greeted everyone warmly and answered every request with consideration, respect, and always with a smile. We stopped in the bar for a final evening libation and again, had the sweetest bartender who obviously loves her job. She made the best chocolate/orange martini for our nightcap. We slept well and once again enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast that included anything for which anyone could possibly ask. Our stay could not possibly have been more pleasant and comfortable. Compliments to the manager and staff for providing an absolutely amazing experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel. All staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Great value with the breakfast and kick back in the evening. Room was clean and the pool and rooftop balcony were also kept very nice. 6 minute walk to the convention center was a plus.
Outstanding staff and value! Very clean as well. Austin at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. The staff at both the happy hour and breakfast were very welcoming, and took time to converse with us. They also made sure everything offered was of correct temperature and full. The guest room was very clean. The valet upon arrival was really friendly, however the one upon departure not so much. He was literally the only employee I encountered in my stay that wasn’t interested in connecting with guests. Truly outstanding stay otherwise.
Our stay at the Downtown Pittsburgh Drury Inn was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. As first-time visitors to Pittsburgh, we were initially hesitant about staying downtown, but the location felt very safe and was conveniently walkable to many attractions. The amenities truly distinguish this property from others. The pool and hot tub, complimentary popcorn and beverages, included breakfast, and evening kickbacks were outstanding and added tremendous value to our stay. One area for improvement would be clearer communication regarding the concierge fee prior to booking, or inclusion of this cost within the room rate for greater transparency. The staff was consistently professional, warm, and attentive, including management, dining staff, and concierge services. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We will certainly return and will choose Drury Hotels for future stays. Highly impressed.
