I thought they did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. They were so good, I even shared them on my Facebook. In all of my neighbors who had done their roof they paid a lot more than I did. And I think they got it done faster than anybody else.
This company has not honored their promised warranty for their work. They replaced my roof, at great expense in 2024 with a 10 year warranty. Less that two years after replacement, entire panels of roof shingles blew off the roof from wind. I filed a claim with Reimagine Roofing at the end of July 2025. Now in May 2026, my roof is still un-repaired. They delivered materials for the repair in September 2025. No workers have since arrived to complete repairs despite my frequent calls for follow-up. The roofing material is now causing more damage - the weight causing warping over an extended time period sitting unused. Every time I call the company I am assured someone will call back with a start date for work. No one calls me back. It has been 10 months. My next step is consulting lawyers and contacting Arizona ROC licensing to file complaints. Beware of this company! They only respond to new clients to get money but do not honor the promised warranties for existing customers.

Reimagine roofing company did a deluxe superior job on our flat roofing and our tile roofing. They kept me informed throughout the job. From start to finish they completed the job in an expedient manner. Everyone was very friendly, competent, and professional. Not to mention they were really reasonably priced for the state of the art products they are supplying. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed. I can’t say enough positive about them and the company they work for. I will recommend them to anyone looking to replace, fix or repair etc… thank you for doing such a wonderful job. D. Clark
From the first call with Dan from the Florida team, I knew I had found the right company to replace our metal roof. Unlike other companies, we were given a single point of contact for the entire installation process. David has done an outstanding job of answering our questions and making sure everything goes smoothly. He even went above and beyond when the tarp covering the damaged roof tore off and he arranged to have it replaced before the roof installation. Highly recommend this company!!!
