We had excellent service when our backup sump pump stopped working. The technician responded promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. Had a blockage just a few feet from the toilet in the interior main. I had already pulled the toilet so access was simple. The original quote was high but since it was a pretty easy job the company reduced it to a very reasonable price. Probably only took about 20 minutes and the technician was great.

Brian was great. He explained everything and made the changes necessary to fix the drip that had been driving me crazy forever. He was very quick and I have a 2 year warranty. Very pleased either way the service I received today.
0/10 would not recommend this company.I have worked with this company twice before so on Mar 14th stuff was backing up the pipes I called them first to help with the issue, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. After paying to have a clog checked out the tech was there for 20 minutes. Nothing was fixed and he was unable to do anything for the clog. Suggested this was a collapsed pipe and to not use the drains. He said dispatch would call and schedule another time. I've now called them everyday since and no one has responded to me. I feel like I've been taken advantage of my toilet is still on the floor I can't use any of my drains and it's now March 19th.
