Shardae was so patient with me, held my hand and reassuring for my extreme anxiety for my procedure. She was calming, open to answering all of my tons of questions and willing to discuss my holistic preferences so I could have a plan that catered well to me personally. And I hadn’t eaten in 3 days bc of my tooth pain and she brought me some food and a drink. I’m so thankful for her compassion and going above and beyond to being me a blanket, tissues and anything else I needed. Very thankful! She was a God send 🙏
What a pleasant experience seeing Dr T and his kind caring, excellent staff! They all made me feel at ease, with their compassionate caring and respectful manor! I would highly recommend going to this practice! They were all very knowledgeable with my dental situation! Dr T also gave me options as what can be done to address my issue. I book an emergency appointment online, and was seen promptly, along with my dental issues which were immediately addressed. A big THANK YOU to all staff and Dr T! H Devitt

What a scam! Tamika and the entire front desk lied to myself and turned away multiple other customers. “We do not accept any insurance plans.” This is a bald-faced lie, confirmed by their website and their central billing department. We were charged $405 for a standard cleaning, of which only a fraction was reimbursed. Even though my insurance would have covered 100% of charges. Dentist was great, but the staff told us brazen lies to get our money. What a scam!
I’m thankful for the dental work completed, but overall the experience was disappointing. There was a long wait while Dr. Gupta sat in his office taking personal calls. When he finally came in, he handled my tooth very roughly, then walked out without even a thank you or goodbye. Because I couldn’t afford the $6,000 treatment plan, I felt judged and treated differently. I was also told the work likely wouldn’t last and that I would continue having pain, which felt discouraging and lacking compassion. Patients should be treated with respect regardless of their financial situation.
My husband came in for an emergency extraction and had an amazing experience! The dentist was incredible—kind, gentle, and made the whole process quick and easy. The office manager and assistant were just as wonderful—so helpful and welcoming from start to finish. Truly couldn’t have asked for better care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
