Christopher was soo polite, and professional and was able to explain everything to me in detail and in a manner I could understand. I had a yellow stain in my pantry and master bedroom closet which I thought was related to a leak. I contacted Workman Plumbing and Christopher came and resolved my issue. He found the pipe that was broken and was able to fit me into the schedule to fix it the same day so it wouldn’t be a bigger issue for me and my kids. I truly appreciated how concerned he was with my kids not being around any mold and how serious he took the situation. He also answered questions about other pending repairs I have for the future and I will definitely be calling this company to complete that work for me. The work was precise and clean, my pipes have never looked as good as now, I wish they would had been who the contractor called to install the plumbing to my house.
Wow…..in the top 3 contractors I’ve done business with. Superior dispatcher (Noelle) on scheduling and communications of the appointment up until the plumber arrived. Plumber( Christopher) arrived on time, with comfortable introduction being a first time customer. Assessed the issue, explained the issue and presented me a solution and cost. Work was done, quality of the job was superior and his customer satisfaction was outstanding. Definitely will use Workman Plumbing moving on all plumbing needs. Again, first class service!

Matt is awesome! He is always helpful and knowledgeable about whatever plumbing issues we’ve had in the past. Chris was scheduled to come today and was free earlier than expected so we were thrilled to have him come earlier. He was incredibly pleasant to deal with and seemed genuinely committed to resolving the problem. Once he assessed the situation, he fixed the leak in the bathroom and it’s as good as new. Workman Plumbing is the best. Both Matt and Caleb were beyond professional. They found a hole in the pipe under our sink behind the drywall. They fixed it quickly and left it looking better than before. This is our second time using Workman Plumbing and we will be customers for life. Don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing need.
Workman plumbing came highly recommended on my neighborhood Facebook group. After a TERRIBLE experience with Dallas Plumbing and Air-conditioning in Dec 2024, the same thing they "fixed" for 20k started happening this week. I called Workman plumbing this morning at 8:33am and at 9:10am Matt (the owner and absolutely best person) was at our door with 2 trucks. They got to work, gave me honest opinions on the options and cleared all my lines. I will never use another company and honestly cannot wait to have to call them again. Not only will they fix your plumbing issues incredibly fast but they will also see you struggling to get the chain back on your sons bike and take it from you to fix themselves before getting right back to work! They finished by cleaning the work areas, blowing leaves away from the house and porch and also doing that for your neighbor. I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful company and the people who run and work it.
