I can’t say enough good things about this company! On the Fourth of July, our air conditioner suddenly stopped working while we were in the middle of hosting about 50 people. I called in a panic, expecting we’d have to wait because of the holiday, but they had a technician at our house within 20 minutes. The customer service representative who answered my call was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring, and the technician was just as amazing. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got our AC back up and running in no time. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond on a holiday when they easily could have been unavailable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and professional service. Thank you for saving our Fourth of July celebration!

We had a yearly checkup scheduled. Jason called the morning of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. When he arrived, he explained what he was going to do and he asked if there were any issues he should address. As he was completing the checkup, he gave some pointers on what to do to help clean our AC unit outside. Overall, Jason was thorough and he communicated very well.
Air conditioner went out over the weekend and the technician was able to show up by noon on a Sunday and we were back up and running by 1 pm to cool the house down before the heat wave! Very professional and know their systems well. GM
I’ve been a customer for 5 years, 2 different houses and 2 different installations and I will continue to use this company! They installed new systems in both houses I’ve purchased and continue my maintenance twice a year! Reasonable pricing, easy scheduling and great techs out in the field! I always recommended Metro if anyone asks for HVAC services!
