I had my plumbing all completed to my home by my technician Mike. He did an amazing job!!! He was very honest and I trusted him fully with his repair. Thanks you so much for all the new plumbing and sink repair plus he even repaired my concrete that has to be dug up. Just overall an amazing experience and I fully will recommend this company and especially Mike Galloway!!!
Mike G. and Tyler were our technicians, and they did a fantastic job. First, Mike came to our house on an emergency basis on Thursday night at 10 PM after we found unexplained water in the basement. He figured out the issue quickly, gave us a quote on the spot, and also got us in touch with their sister company, Pine Ridge Restoration, to see if there was any damage to the drywall, carpet, etc. The actual repair happened today, and Mike and Tyler were not only prompt, but early, and they worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We are very happy with the job the did, and will absolutely use One Tom again. Thanks for the great work guys!

Excellent service! I called for a leaky toilet that was leaking down through the kitchen ceiling. Right before they arrived I noticed my hot water tank leaking. Mike, Tyler, and Darryl came and assessed both issues and started the job right away. 5 hrs later everything was fixed and cleaned up and my mind was at ease. I will definitely call again for my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Jay Hager showed up on time fixed all my problems beautifully. The outdoor Spicket was leaking he fixed,that the indoor Valve for the water outside was broke he fixed that. He also fixed the clog in the drain in the sink in my basement bathroom. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He worked in a timely fashion. I would recommend him and will call him in the future for any plumbing needs.
