This family owned auto service business is filled with honesty and integrity. I called about my bumber plastic step pad which you have to remove the whole bumber to clip in a simple plastic piece for replacement Justin said bring it in they had me done within the hour. He was informative through videos pictures text and phone calls about what was happening and told me other things about my car I didnt know. I would recommend their service to absolutely everyone for their honesty and upfront pricing. They were attentive to my urgent need of repair with reasonable pricing. Brought my car here Monday June 29, 2026. Josh was getting ready to leave. Told me he would take a look in the morning. Tuesday came and Josh told me the issue and gave me a price. Work was done same day and I picked up my car that afternoon. Josh is really great explained everything and told me what needs replaced the sooner the better. Forgot to add Josh was nice enough to even give me a ride to the shelter I'm currently in because I had no one to call. Will definitely be coming here in the near future for all my needs. After my car was sideswiped at the Bloomfield Post Office (a hit and run), I brought it in for a full inspection and diagnosis. From the very first phone call, Chris Pons went completely above and beyond. He took care of all the bodywork, thoroughly diagnosed the vehicle, and walked me through the entire breakdown step-by-step, making sure I understood everything. The work they did was phenomenal—the car has never run so smoothly! When I went to pick it up, Chris introduced me to his brother, Justin. It’s rare to find this level of honesty, professionalism, and care. I've definitely found my go-to shop, and I highly recommend them to all friends and family!
