Sustainable Smiles

I recently visited Sustainable Smile Dentist Office, and overall, I was very happy with the care I received. The hygienist was kind and friendly, and the dentist was easy to talk to—they explained things clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. However, I did feel that the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming, which made the check-in process less pleasant than it could have been. A little more warmth at the front desk would really elevate the experience. That said, the quality of dental care here is excellent, and I appreciate the office's commitment to sustainability and patient comfort. I would still recommend them, especially for their thoughtful and professional clinical team.

I usually wait to give reviews and prefer to observe objectively over time. However, in this instance, having been to 3 different dentists + 1 specialist in 2 years, I am already ready to say Dr. Boone and his staff are a cut above the rest. The thoughtfulness + efficiency + clear communication + precision is incredible. For example, I have a wobbly baby tooth that MANY hygienists/dentists/specialists have rested on while they work on my teeth (knowingly or unknowingly). Dr. Boone intentionally steered clear of my baby tooth throughout the entire procedure. Another example is the little red toy bus placed on the wall across from the patient, likely to distract children while in the chair. Or when Karen at the front desk sends over details to the specialist within minutes (even the specialist's office was surprised at receiving the information so quickly). Or when Dr. Boone does one of the most precise, painless anesthesia injections I've ever experienced. Or when Dr. Boone or Stacey or Ceci or Karen provide clear explanations and are supportive, sincere and patient with questions. True warmth is in the little things that most would not notice but are voluntarily done anyway because they care. It is not in the superficial welcomes (that a previous reviewer picked on), or in a posh setup. I have genuinely never felt more cared for at a dentist's office and I wish I found them sooner. Highly, highly recommend. *One little note, there is a parking lot in the back, but it is tiny (4 spots only), give yourself a little extra time to figure out parking.*
