You may have to be patient, but you will receive excellent care. Dr. Tracy and Patty have really gone above and beyond for me. I have an autoimmune disease and getting in with a new rheumatologist has been so frustrating, but this office has really helped me. I enjoy the student nurse practitioners and resident doctors, they have good bedside manner and actually listen.
I had 6 rounds of laser procedures done here and I'm very satisfied by the outcome. Of course it can never perfectly erase my acne scars, but there has been significant remediation that it would take indirect and harsh light to see them conspicuously. The price has been more than reasonable and the laser tech is among the most effective I've experienced (Helix laser). I cannot highly recommend this place and Dr Tracy enough!

Dr. Tracy is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable physician, whose calm demeanor and professional approach make every visit reassuring. His genuine care for his patients is evident, as he takes the time to explain everything clearly and concisely, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable. As other reviewers have noted, the office can be busy, leading to longer wait times, even with an appointment. However, the quality of care Dr. Tracy provides is well worth the wait. I truly believe Dr. Tracy is the best doctor you’ll find in this neighborhood.
Dr. Tracy is an exceptional doctor. Our family have been patients for many years and are we are constantly impressed by his wealth of knowledge, his caring demeanor and thoughtful process of treatment plans that are fully discussed, explained and initiated. The staff, nurses and Dr. Tracy at Fletcher Family Clinic have gone above and beyond to help our family access cancer specialists that were not initially available through our insurance plan. Throughout every step of my ongoing health condition, Dr. Tracy, has been of great support to me and our family. For the that alone, we are eternally grateful. As we start the new year we start with many thanks to Dr. Tracy and team. We are very grateful to have met a doctor as intelligent, caring, and thoughtful as Dr. Tracy. Highest of recommendations.
This review will pertain to two visits to the office of Dr. Tracy for hair PRP treatments. My first visit was back in November of 2023 for Hair PRP treatment. I have done hair PRP in the past at a few other offices but through Yelp I found that Dr. Tracy was local to me so I was excited about the convenience of the location of his office. At the appointment Dr. Tracy offered Hair PRP with A-Cell as a more aggressive treatment option. With regular PRP I would have gone back into the clinic the following month and the month after that. With the A- Cell he tells me it’s a one time deal with a potential follow up three months later if necessary. Great. Let’s do that, I said. And so we proceeded with the PRP with A-Cell. What Dr. Tracy failed to do at the first appointment was fail to mention 1. How much more painful the treatment with A-Cell is and 2. THAT THERE WOULD BE SIGNIFICANT SWELLING. As I’ve already said I’ve done regular PRP in the past, I’ve never experienced swelling, so it did not occur to me to even ask. You would think a DOCTOR would go over ALL POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS OF TREATMENT. But no, not a single person in that clinic mentioned swelling was a possibility. I got married a few days later and half my forehead was still somewhat swollen. To that, Dr Tracy tells me ‘I didn’t know you had a wedding.’ Well dear reader I really think that is neither here nor there, a doctor MUST go over potential side effects of any treatments and therapies regardless what is or is not going on in that patient’s personal lives. And yet, I gave this clinic and Dr. Tracy another chance. Today 6/25/24 I had booked the first appointment of the day for 9am for regular hair PRP without the dreaded A-Cell. I am there at 8:55. At about 9:05 I am ushered into a room and am told ‘the doctor will be with you shortly.’ And I wait. And I wait. And at 9:30 a nurse comes in and asks what I’m here for, is it a follow up? Is it PRP with A Cell? No, I am here for regular Hair PRP I tell her. Now for those of you who don’t know, for this treatment you need to draw blood from the patient first, and then run it through a device to extract the platelets from that blood. Those platelets are then injected into the scalp of the patient to promote hair re-growth. Why wasn’t my blood drawn earlier? I’m sitting there for a half hour before someone even comes into the room and I was literally the first patient into the office today they could have at least got the blood work out of the way. And then the nurse pulls out her cell phone and calls Dr. Tracy to place him on speaker phone because guess what?! HE WASN’T EVEN IN THE OFFICE YET. My appointment was at 9am and at 9:30 he tells me over the phone that he is still at least 30 minutes away! This is unacceptable and unprofessionally and honestly I am shocked at myself that I didn’t swear up a storm. Instead I said I was leaving because this was unacceptable, and then I left and I will NEVER go back here. I beg of anyone reading this review, for your own sanity, find somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else. These are not inexpensive treatments, they cost anywhere from $700-$2,500 dollars. To give these people my patronage, my money, my time, after being so disrespected in return is inconceivable to me. My advice to you is to avoid this place like the plague upon the medical profession that it is. What an embarrassment, so disappointing. Never again.
