Set up an appointment online 2 months ago as a new patient. Put my phone number in and email. Website verified my insurance and appointment with new doctor. I couldn’t remember exactly when my appointment was so I called to verify. When I called I was told the doctor wasn’t accepting new patients and they didn’t accept my insurance. They supposedly sent this information to me to an address I had ten years ago. I wasted two months and put my health on delay. Now I will have to wait another 2 months to find an internal medicine doctor. Complete waste. No referrals, nothing.
Laurie at the front desk is so incredibly nice and helpful!! I cannot say enough how much positivity she brings anytime I talk to her on the phone or see her in person. Please give her a raise!! Also, my doctor is amazing! Dr. Hodges is so sweet and attentive to my needs. I switched here recently and was nervous but she made me feel comfortable! Never had a bad experience here and everyone is so kind. Thank you!!

The staff, including but not limited to Angie, Toni, and Cindy, are absolutely amazing! Dr. Hodges is phenomenal! Everyone is attentive, kind and professional. I feel like they truly care and they do! They are simply the best!
