My HVAC system is >5yr old. I wanted to get a once look over/tune up before I turned on central air. I've had TONS of service techs come to my home, but, Jose, the ARS tech who came today, was super impressive! ALL the knowledge/info he knew about my specific unit, was comforting to me. Jose, is younger in age but don't let that fool you, I was delighted to see he has like a "wise old man" type knowledge, if that makes any sense? He did go OVER & ABOVE my expectations, truly. I walked around my house with him & he explained what was what. He patiently took the time to answer EVERY question I had, PLUS made some upcoming recommendations, that I can do, if I choose to. Plus, showing me a few things I DID NOT know to even look at. Sadly, ORIGINAL tech, who installed it, NEVER mentioned these things, hmmm... Surprisingly, they were NOT a pushy company, trying to up sell anything they could, which IS WELL appreciated by me, especially in this bad economy. FYI: My outer cage area was filthy but NOT anymore + my appt was between 12-4 and was told he'd be here at 1:15 and was 20 minutes EARLY! He did ask if he should take his shoes off? Wow. Nice manners GO A LONG way these days. I would recommend ARS in a heartbeat.
Had a new total HVAC insulation into my home. Want a good Carrier system, and that’s what I got! Love the installation staff! The salesman was polite and listened! Installed in one day. Have received three other estimates, and ARS gave me total satisfaction! Glad I got their estimate last, worth the wait!👍

Jacob was great. He was very friendly and explained the process very clear. He was very respectful and truly focused n his job. He did an amazing job providing maintenance to our AC units. Definitely calling ARS again from now on.
From start to finish I cannot say enough good things about this company. Damon in sales understood our wants and was able to deliver at a very good price. Mike and Gloria in the office kept us up to date on our calls as did the technicians (Justin, Isaac, Seth and James) who were all very professional, willing to answer all of our questions and so meticulous in their work. I highly recommend this company. New furnace,a.c, humidifier, additional air filter and thermostat installed.
The maintenance guy did a great job! He was really nice, explained to me what he was doing, and the condition of my furnace. Price I thought was a little high, but I honestly do not know the costs of parts for furnaces. Overall he did a great job and my house is heated!
