This was definitely a 5-star journey. We had our whole house renovated. Remodels included new flooring through entire house. In addition to our kitchen, pantry, study, 3 guess bedrooms, guess bathroom, laundry room and our master bedroom and bathroom. My wife and I would like to thank Mariano & Co and their staff for their professionalism and dedication in giving us a beautiful new house to enjoy in our retirement. We definitely recommend Mariano & Co for your next renovation project.
After having several contractors give estimates for a total renovation of our kitchen and great room, we decided on Mariano & Co, and we are thrilled with the beautiful quality work they did! We appreciated the very detailed information provided from the very first visit. Lucien (our liaison) was very knowledgeable, organized and could answer any questions we had. As well as being a great coordinator between not only his staff but also with manufactures and any sub contractors as well. He also provided excellent communication on a daily basis with us. Mariano & Co has put together a stellar team from top to bottom. Communication, integrity, and skill are the core values of this company. Treat your customers like family kind of attitude. Michelle (our designer) took the vision I’ve had in my head for years and brought it to life with outstanding understanding, design & knowledge. Michelle was very pleasant and easy to work with, always quick to respond to any questions we had. We love our final design! Steve (supervisor) brought not only a warm and caring personality, but also years of experience & skill in all aspects of our job. Which helped things go smoothly. Rob (supervisor) a master carpenter, electrician, and plumber who brought yet another higher level of skill to our project. Even creating custom pieces to match our cabinets. Rob is a very thoughtful & kind person as well. Justin (painter) one of the most meticulous painters we’ve ever seen! We were proud to have this US Veteran as part of our renovation team. Francisco (tile) is a real artisan when it comes to tile work. The care and detail he put into placing each tile and piece of stone was truly from the soul. Cody & Josh (logistics) kept things moving smoothly, deliveries on time and were the go between with all of the manufacturers. Of course there were many others involved in this remodel to bring our home to what we dreamed of, all were skilled, timely, cleaned up after themselves & polite. There were a few hitches, manufacturer issues, all handled quickly and to our satisfaction by the Mariano & Co staff, without us having to address these issues ourselves. As a contractor should do. We do have other projects to do in our home down the road and the first and only call will be to Mariano & Co. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Mariano & Co did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. From start to finish, with designing it with Lauren in the showroom, to the finished product. We feel they truly ARE your contractor for life. High quality workmanship, great communication from Lucien, and no middleman. We love that there were no sub contractors. Everyone shows up in a Mariano shirt and represents well. Respectful of property and polite. May not be the cheapest, but we believe that you get what you pay for. Quality! Amazing job.
The experience is wow. Wow. This was our first major renovation, doing the entire upstairs including 3 baths. We’ve heard all the stories about really negative experiences so we were dreading the renovation. Our experience couldn’t have been more opposite of the stories we had heard. The entire Mariano team is outstanding and the process is as easy as it can be. Our designer (Michelle) at Mariano is awesome. She guided us to get a little out of our comfort zone on design and we LOVE the finished product. Proof is in the pudding…we signed in phase 2 for the entire downstairs and demo is staring now. Go with Mariano…you’ll be blown away.
NICEST GROUP OF PEOPLE & HIGH-QUALITY WORK! We worked with Mariano over the summer to renovate our 1951 home in downtown Tempe. We knocked out some walls, filled in some doors and windows that were out of place from the previous owner, and did a full kitchen and bath remodel. The project was only 5 weeks, and if we ever had a problem, Mariano's team came and fixed it. We could trust them the whole way through, and they were always the most helpful people. In particular, Lauren and Lucien Mariano would always be quick to respond to questions or concerns. Since our project got started sooner than expected, they helped us make 1,000 decisions fast in a relaxed and organized way, and I don't regret any decision we made. The best part about Mariano (besides the quality work) was their online communication portal. We knew every night what the work scheduled for the next day would be. We got photo updates throughout the process (since we temporarily moved out of our home), and we were able to communicate back and forth with the team and see our project quotes and budget. I don't think our project could have gone any better, and it's been 3 months now since our project ended, and we are just amazed at how beautiful and functional our home is now. The quality of the people, the materials and resources, and communication are top-notch, and I don't think we would have found anyone we would have trusted more to give us everything we wanted and within our budget. WE WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER PROJECTS & REFER TO FAMILY & FRIENDS!
