Jaime was absolutely outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Excellent Customer Service. I am very pleased with JWs Service today. Mario, the technician arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and throughly inspected our AC system. I felt very comfortable with him in our home and never felt pressured to do “extras.” I was also informed of possible and future maintenance that is recommended. I’m so glad I called them to service our system. I will definitely become a frequent customer!
I would like to say that Daniel Valdez is a great technician. He is very polite and I was extremely satisfied with his service. Daniel took his time to check the issue with my AC system and explained in full detail what was the cause of the problem. He was very helpful with all the great information he shared with me about my AC system. He also informed me of the great maintenance program that JW & Adeedo has to offer me for my AC and heater system. I have had other AC companies come out to my home but Daniel by far was the most helpful and experience in his job. Thank you Daniel for a great service you provided to our home. My wife and I are very happy to have chosen JW & Adeedo for our AC service. I highly recommend JW & Adeedo company and Daniel Valdez for AC and Heater service.
I have been an annual maintenance plan customer for many years with JW, and they also replaced my attic ducts & interior vents, and installed a heat pump system a couple of years ago. They also installed a whole-house air scrubber, which was so helpful during the Palisades and Eaton fires. Outside the air was choked with smoke and ash, and inside it didn’t smell like smoke at all. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they’ve done, and the bi-annual maintenance calls are always very thorough. The free annual plumbing inspection is also great. Julian Hernandez inspected and serviced my heat pump system today, and also installed a new cell on my Air Scrubber. He was prompt, very friendly, thorough, and explained everything very well. Highly recommend.
