The sales team and AC unit install crew at M and M heating and cooling were amazing. Tough to find companies that can respond effectively and provide quotes same day. The HVAC crew showed up early, finished the job without any issues. Both Steve from sales and the install team were professional, kind, and respectful. 5 star all the way. Will definitely use them for future HVAC projects.
My AC went out during the extreme heat. I called for an appointment, the woman was very friendly and helpful even when I knew she was really busy. When the service man came out he got there earlier than my scheduled time ( thanks very much). The service man was excellent. He was friendly, quickly found the problem and corrected the problem. He stayed long enough to make sure it was working as it should. Excellent service.

The serviceman was courteous and friendly. He worked quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. I had a part that needed replaced Kyle explained what it was, quoted me the cost of the part and what the total cost would be than ask if I'd like it replaced (no surprised cost on the bill). I would definitely recommend using M&M heating and Air.
I had an iWave-R ionization system installed. The technician, Sean, did a good job with the install. He helped me with what I want to consider in the future with updating my HVAC system. I have had the ionizer for a few weeks now. I've been trying to find a way to objectively report on it, and I was using an air quality meter. I would look at the TVOC and the PM2.5 and the PM10. The PM readings were always in the good range for me even before the ionizer. There was a difference initially with the TVOC. I have three long haired cats, so my TVOC would get into the lower pollute stages. Running the ionizer for a couple of hours (it runs when the blower is on so I would have to run the blower fan manually since I wasn't using the AC much) would lower the TVOC. As the weeks went on I noticed there wasn't much difference in TVOC readings between when I ran the fan and when I did not. But I believe that is due to the ionizer getting my house air cleaner. It also occurred to me that my eyes were not itching (this is a chronic problem I had) and my nose is not running like it used to. I do believe this system improves the air quality. I do not have a stale air smell like I used to and it does help with cat box odors. I hope this review helps anyone considering this particular system.
Dustin Belcher did an excellent job servicing the air conditioner unit at my residence. His work was thorough, and he took the time to explain what part failed and why.
