Edited: Yikes guys. Currently looking to be contacted by a manager. Our very nice service tech who performed services on our old sewer line, without first scoping our line, might be costing us over $20,000 in sewer line repairs. Hoping to talk to someone about this soon. We thought call out experts was supposed to save us this grief!!! ************************* As usual house trouble only seems to come up at night right before a major holiday 😂 rescue rooter was able to get us scheduled right away when our sewer line decided to back up and sent someone who was local to us, which was incredibly helpful when we needed them again after we gave up on trying to fix a smaller plumbing issue on our own.
A positive experience, start to finish. I called last night to put in my request for service this morning, and the call taker, Raul, was very friendly. This morning I spoke with dispatcher Mandy and she was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us get service in a timely manner. Our tech was Devin, and he was awesome. Professional, friendly, calm demeanor, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. He didn't try to upsell (as I've experienced with other companies) and he went above and beyond to provide great service and fix our problem. He made recommendations for future maintenance, but again, not in a way that felt like pressure. Our service was very affordable! We would definitely hire him/Rescue Rooter again for any future jobs!

Kyle was great and professional in fixing our broken pipe in the wall that houses the pipes for our master shower. He had to cut holes in the wall to fix the pipe. I am going to install an access panel in the whole he neatly made for the repair. He got our water back on in good time.The price was a little steep but is a sign of the times. Overall it was a job well done. Thanks again Kyle! I would absolutely use Kyle again if needed. Oh I almost forgot about the nice lady that called for the scheduling was absolutely the nicest person she could be to talk to about our problem. Thank you.
They came within an hour of me calling. I had a problem with a down spout going out to the sewer system. Thomas found the clog right away. He was very knowledgeable & told me the best way to take care of it I will definitely call them again. I had them scope my system in 1999 & 2006. Same great service!
The guys were here super quick. Explained what needed to be done and did it very quickly. Tyson, Ray and Tanner were all very friendly and great to work with. Would definitely suggest to a friend and if needed for other plumbing issues here would definitely call again.
