Never do a tile with this company! We worked with Ilan and Ernesto. We had a pretty small project - add in-unit washer/dryer, replace countertop and sink in the kitchen, and make a backsplash. Washer/dryer part was not flawless, but ended up ok. Countertop was installed by other company Ilan recommended. Backsplash turned out a total disaster. It's placed unevenly, chipped and wasn't sealed properly, therefore changed the color. Ilan didn't charge us for that work, but I would prefer to have the job done properly instead....
We used Chicago Constructions to complete a bathroom remodel as well as some other tile work . They did a great job and their staff and owners were pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
This was the year! I was going to remodel my 20 year old bathroom. I wanted everything new, the tub removed and replaced with a shower, vanity, toilet, tile, lighting, and medicine cabinet. What I ended up with was a beautiful tiled bathroom, walk-in shower, and finishes you would find in an upscale hotel. Chicago Constructions saw my vision and executed it to a T. Avi and Ernesto followed up with me daily with progress reports, including pictures. Ernesto is a perfectionist, and his tiling skills are a solid 10. I recommend Chicago Constructions for your next remodeling project. You will not be disappointed .

Ilan and his team at Chicago Constructions were professional, straightforward, and delivered excellent results. I had a broken shower pan but wasn’t ready for a full bathroom remodel. They built a beautiful new tiled shower base and skillfully blended the tiling, even without access to the original tiles for the bottom rows. They also preserved my existing shower door, which I appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would gladly hire them again. Unlike other contractors I spoke with, they never pressured me into a bigger remodel, which made the experience even better.
I want to thank both Ilian and Marco for the great job, they did on my kitchen. They replaced my outdated countertop stove and my built-in oven. Showed up on time, did their work, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I highly recommend them.
