If you're on Medicare, this facility can't be beat! FAR easier to get an appointment here than at a non-Medicare exclusive facility. The only issue I had was with their call-center, which handles calls on the weekend when they are closed. I'd highly advise not to call them or return their calls on the weekend. EVERYONE was wonderful, Ausama Ismail, MD was AWESOME. They hooked me up with free transportation, which I didn't know I qualified for. Couldn't be happier. 6 STARS!
Everytime I've been to oak St health , they've managed to screw something up Every single time. For example, making an appointment with my preferred dr, Dr. Pradeep Murthiha, who is wonderful. Verifying the dr. appointment three times that week only to find out that dr Pradeep is out of the country. Sorry they say, as I walked in, we dropped the ball, someone should of called you. Rides arrive half hour early instead of on time.. Staff seems confused and untrained. Medicines called into wrong pharmacys Always something. The only highlight is Dr. Pradeep, kind compassionate and very professional.

Please stop calling to get my husband to make an appointment. We are.no longer patients with you. We are getting one or two calls every other day. You have been told each time to remove us. We got a nasty letter in the mail with pictures of his insurance card showing us that oak street is our doctor. I changed all of that with his insurance. You are no longer our doctor. We have obtained a new real doctor in the private sector. Please leave us alone. We want no part of oak street.
I had my yearly Doctors appointment today and met a new Doctor. It was an awesome experience. The new Doctor was very nice and listened to my concerns and suggested new treatments and medication. He was very helpful and supportive. I totally enjoyed the appointment.
I love my dr but the services really are so bad I had referrals and it took a more to get them to the right place and now my medication has was put in a week ago I've have called 4 times and they just keep saying they turned it over to there care team the pharmacy has called and never got a reply it thing don't change I will be getting different coverage and I hate that because my Dr is wonderful
