Highly Recommend! Professional, Skilled, and trustworthy. I recently hired this team for a water damage restoration project with some upgrades, including a kitchen remodel and help converting our detached garden shed into a studio space. From start to finish, Renova did exceptional work. A few key highlights from my experience: Punctual and reliable: project manager Oleg was very prompt, always showing up when they said they would--which is a rare find in construction these days. Efficient and adaptable management: Nick was fantastic to work with on the logistics. He handled a ton of the back-and-forth coordination with our insurance company, managed the scope of work perfectly, and was flexible when we needed to make adjustments. Excellent craftsmanship: Oleg is an exceptional craftsman. He didn't cut corners to save time. He genuinely cares about the aesthetic and design while ensuring everything functions optimally. His attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time was impressive. If you want a team that is professional, skilled, and keeps their word, I recommend Renova.
We recently hired Nick and his company, Renova, for a complete kitchen remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nick did a fantastic job managing the entire project, seamlessly orchestrating the different teams and trades to work efficiently on various parts of the kitchen. During the renovation, we ended up changing our scope of work. Instead of this being a stressful hurdle, Nick and his crew were incredibly patient and adaptable. They worked with us closely every step of the way to make sure our dream kitchen became a reality. To top off an already great experience, Nick brought over a beautiful bouquet and a thoughtful gift so we could all celebrate the finished space together. It’s rare to find a contractor who cares this much about their clients and the final outcome. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend Nick and the Renova team!

We hired Renova to paint two full floors of our home: ceilings, walls, trim, and six interior doors, with a different color in nearly every room. It was a large, complex job and Renova’s subcontracted painter worked hard to accommodate a tight schedule, including coming in over the weekend to stay on track. He also showed good judgment when the bathroom drywall was beyond his skill. The painter brought in a drywaller to take it over rather than pushing through work he wasn't confident in. The reason we took off a star was due to attention to detail. Paint was scheduled for mid-construction, meaning typical construction traffic caused wall and trim damage that required touch-ups. In addition, cutlines were not crisp, and doors were stacked on top of each other after painting instead of freestanding on risers which left marks, and we found overspray and paint drops on our new floors after touch-ups were completed. Hearing our concerns, Renova set up a process for touch-ups so we could rectify some of the details: we were able to walk through the entire house and mark anything that needed attention. The painter was responsive to the feedback. This was a demanding, multi-room paint job for a major home renovation. While we wished for more cleanliness and attention to detail, we greatly appreciate the work and enjoy how beautiful our home feels.
West Seattle Renovation - Cabinet Review Renova hired Vladimir, a cabinetry subcontractor, for our project. He did exceptional work on our kitchen and hallway closet. What was scoped as a straightforward RTA cabinet installation turned into something closer to a semi-custom job. We discovered that our cabinet supplier provides boxes and cabinet fronts from different manufacturers, and did not provide any instruction to ensure they properly fit together. It required problem-solving and great communication throughout the install to ensure a good outcome. Vladimir was meticulous, patient, and genuinely invested in the result. The kitchen in particular was a massive job: new kitchen island, new pantry, and double-stacked upper cabinets. He accommodated last-minute changes without complaint, including flipping a panel to hide a seam and raising the hallway closet off the floor to address a supplier issue. The finished cabinets are beautiful and tight. He is a true craftsman.
Nik, Oleg, and Russell all did a great job on a tricky window installation in our newly renovated kitchen on Mercer Island. They handled the masonry, millworker, drywall, and interior painting. We came home to a very nicely done and completed room
