I would love to tell you about my experiences with Dr. Bouchard and her employees. When I have had questions everyone in Dr. Bouchard’s office has taken care of me. Dr. Bouchard takes time to answer any and all questions I have had after my falling and my showing I had during the snow in January. We discussed my having family members helping me when I need help. I appreciate the staff taking the time even when I have been ill and the Dr. is unavailable. The PA has been able to see me that very day. Thank you Dr. Bouchard. Cindy
I had such a positive experience with Peyton Travis, NP, and her nurse Diana during my recent physical and check-up. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. Peyton took her time, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. Diana was equally kind and attentive, helping create a calm and welcoming environment. Together, they make such a wonderful team — professional, compassionate, and thorough. It’s rare to find providers who combine clinical expertise with such genuine warmth. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide and feel very grateful to be under their care. I had my appointment with Dr. Neeti Pokharel (Internal Medicine) to establish care for her to be my PCP. As well to have an Annual Physical check up. It is a very good experience. If I will rate it, it is 10/10. She is very nice, very thorough, and she took time to know me and my medical history. She’s not a hurry type one. She gave advices that are very good and I will really try my best to follow. Also the front desk people, the nurse and the phlebotomists we encountered are very very nice. Very helpful. I am thankful.
Had an acute appointment at the uptown location last week. Front desk staff was super friendly and helped me understand my insurance coverage, was seen quickly. Really enjoy my care providers and test results came back quickly, great followup, very confidence inspiring
