Amazing experience again! Watkins are a great service to have I have a elderly that needs cold air in the summer and warm heat in the winter. I highly recommend them Anthony has been out numerous times for check ups and routine maintenance he is a great guy knowledgeable, courteous, and he trying to help find the best option for you. Anthony and his team are very professional for the service through the years!
The Watkins Team did a great job with our furnace and AC install. They made the process easy, showed us several options to consider and didn't pressure the sale. The install team was great. They were professional and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. They took pride in their work and the system was installed looking neat and orderly. Our Watkins technician, let's call him F, came over to see why our heater was having trouble maintaining the temperature on one of the coldest days this winter. He took his time to diagnose the issue, easily explaining any questions i had along the way. Its clear that Watkins prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else, and trains the employees on the value thereof. Would use again. 10/10.
We chose Watkins to replace our ancient gravity fed furnace and ducts, and install central AC and we could not be happier with the outcome. Jim was very helpful in explaining what would be done and what we needed to do to prepare for install. Raphael and his crew were amazing - courteous, professional, friendly, the works. He asked questions to make sure we were on the same page with everything they were doing and answered all of our questions throughout the process. He made sure to set everything up to allow us to utilize as much space as possible in our basement and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone at Watkins has been great to work with and I will definitely recommend Watkins to anyone I know looking for an HVAC company. Thank you all so much!
