I brought my Accord Touring in for a simple rotate & balance and was immediately impressed by the level of service. I was checked in quickly and my car was taken right back. I originally planned to leave the vehicle, but the gentleman at the desk mentioned it would only take about 10 minutes—so I decided to stay. While waiting, I noticed the technician under the hood and asked if something was wrong. He explained that they always perform a complimentary multi-point inspection with every service, which I really appreciated. It was my first time visiting this location (I usually take my BMW to their Howell Mill shop), and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff was courteous, professional, and took the time to educate me about my vehicle. Excellent experience from start to finish!
I couldn't be any happier with the service I received from Braxton on my Toyota. The dealership had quoted me $1200 on a repair and Braxton was able to save me $400+. Recently dropped my car off to fix a fuel leak. They were reasonably priced and very communicative. They did a full vehicle inspection and sent pictures of problems that they found themselves as well as pictures and descriptions of what they found regarding the issue I brought the car in for. Would absolutely use this shop again for future work.
Most importantly, Braxton continues to overachieve for me. I can’t ask or hope for more. This time I called on Monday for an oil change appointment. I got one for Tuesday morning. As soon as they opened, they moved my car in and started my needs. Always smiling, courteous, respectful, and professional. Thank you Braxton Automotive.
paid for a multi-point inspection on a new vehicle that was seriously misleading. the inspection claimed I needed a new timing belt. bought the new parts and had my mechanic take a look - he said the current belt is brand new and i wasted my money buying another. furthermore, they reassured me multiple times the motor mounts were okay. the other mechanic sent pics of them in critical and said any further driving without replacement could cause damage. avoid this place if you value a good opinion
