While getting coffee at a drive thru, a barista asked if I had kittens in the car. I was confused with the question because I don’t own any pets. When I stuck my head out my car window I heard meowing. I pulled over to get out of the car to hear clear sounds of what appears to be a kitten meowing somewhere from my car. After searching for the cat, I realized it had to coming from under the car. I called the closest car shop which happens to be Braxton to see if they were willing to help on such short notice and thankfully they said yes! Lo and behold, they pulled out one, healthy and unharmed, beautiful kitten from below my car. One of the gentleman that helped offered to home the kitten as well. Everyone there was helpful and friendly.
Easy to set up an appointment with Braxton Automotive Northside. The staff was helpful, informative, and clearly knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining the issues with my car and walking me through the recommended repairs without making it feel overwhelming or pushy. Communication throughout the process was clear, and it was easy to confirm and move forward with the service. The turnaround time ended up being a little longer than initially estimated, but it wasn’t excessive and they kept me updated along the way. Overall, a great experience. If you’re looking for a reliable and transparent auto shop in Atlanta, I’d definitely recommend Braxton Automotive.

Braxton Automotive provided excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and made the entire process stress-free. They kept me updated on my vehicle and completed the work in a timely manner. I appreciate their transparency and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back for future service.
Had a great experience here. Scheduling was easily done online, check-in to drop off my car was quick and very pleasant. The young woman at the desk was so friendly! I got text and email updates about the status of my car, along with a full inspection report and a breakdown of all recommended services with their charges. Prices were reasonable and I did not feel like I was being sold on unnecessary services. Everything was straightforward and easy- this took the intimidation factor out of having to deal with taking my car in. Will absolutely return here when needed!
I’m always pleased with the service provided at this repair shop. They are professional, courteous, precise, and extremely organized. My most recent visit involved an expensive struts repair, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Autumn was kind and informative. Thank you, Autumn! Gil was organized and efficient, and he provided a detailed list of repairs and photos. The tech who actually performed the repairs was thorough and tenacious.
