1.0I called All-Star plumbing to tell them that I was in need of a new toilet. The one in question is 25 years old! They said for $79 they would send somebody out to assess the situation and make recommendations. So the next day a plumber came over and told me that I needed a new toilet because it’s 25 years old and that it would be $2200. And he charged me $79 to tell me that! Now unless I’m missing something I’m not real sure why I had to pay him to tell me what I already knew but they would not replace or give me an estimate without me having someone come and tell me that I needed a new toilet. Are you confused? Because I was. One more thing, on his way out, he said if I asked for it, he would offer me a discount. No follow up.
