I had water leaking and couldn’t turn off the water main. Stu was at my house in about 30 minutes and stopped the water flow. He gave me a couple options to repair. He was friendly and got the job done. I appreciate the quick and courteous response. Will definitely call them again for future needs.
I called All-Star plumbing to tell them that I was in need of a new toilet. The one in question is 25 years old! They said for $79 they would send somebody out to assess the situation and make recommendations. So the next day a plumber came over and told me that I needed a new toilet because it’s 25 years old and that it would be $2200. And he charged me $79 to tell me that! Now unless I’m missing something I’m not real sure why I had to pay him to tell me what I already knew but they would not replace or give me an estimate without me having someone come and tell me that I needed a new toilet. Are you confused? Because I was. One more thing, on his way out, he said if I asked for it, he would offer me a discount. No follow up.

Best experience with a plumber AND company we’ve ever had. Came out after hours, very reasonably priced, warm and welcoming. They even reached out hours after the visit to check in on our issues. It felt like family was taking care of us. We repeatedly asked for a way to tip them and they refused! Brit and Maria are who you should ask for!
Stuart was very professional! He was quick to find out the cause of the flood and took the adequte measures for it not to happen it again. Not only, did Stuart deglogged the toilet, but let some hot water run from the faucet of the sink for making sure everything will flow thorougly through the pipe. I am glad that he explained the reason of his acts such I can do better in the future as prevention.
Professional and informational. Scheduled for replacement of pipes, but technician said it wasn't necessary. Explained all possible preventative measures. Was very Happy with him
