I brought my wife's 22 year old bug in to the shop, completely dead, and they got it up and running in less than 2 days! They charged less for a full workup, including brakes, oil change, inspection, new battery, and fixing the main issue (dead alternator) all for less than the other shop quoted for just fixing the alternator. This shop is quick, communicative, fairly priced, and most importantly trustworthy! Their work is high quality, and I would highly recommend them!
Great service! Fast, quick and affordable. Customer service is amazing.
I was recommended by a coworker to bring my car here. I have a Mercedes Benz and the first time I went, I needed new breaks. Their price saved me hundreds of dollars and they did a wonderful job. Next, I needed a new headlight for my vehicle. I had only taken it for a diagnosis and a quote, they brought my car back to me with the headlight fixed after about 10mins or less. The price they charged me that day saved me hundreds of dollars again! They are such a blessing. I forgot the wife’s name who is the receptionist and the husband is the owner and lead mechanic for the rest of the team. They are always so sweet and so kind. It’s a peaceful environment to sit and wait on your vehicle. It was very quiet both times I went and not crowded at all. I absolutely, very highly recommend Precision Automotive Services for all of your vehicle’s needs!

fired my old mechanic and started coming here. first things first, i love the way Anni and Joe are always so calm. any time there are potential issues with a vehicle it can be pretty nerve wracking - i appreciate that they are level headed and reassuring. second, they’re really good at explaining to me, a woman that barely knows how to pop her hood, what the problem is when there is one. i always leave feeling like i could explain to someone the issue. third, they’re quick. i had about two days worth of repairs to do in order to get my vehicle up to pair for inspection and they returned in one day. fourth, i genuinely feel they are providing a valuable service cost wise. bonus: the waiting room is comfy :)
This was a very refreshing and positive experience. I have searched for an honest mechanic for over 25 years in Charlotte, and Joseph and his team came through for me. I brought my parents' 2011 Nissan Altima in to get an overall health check. They are planning to take a few trips out of town this summer (to and from Wilmington) and I wanted to make sure that we wouldn't be worried about the car breaking down on the highway. I explained that depending on how much any repairs would be may steer us towards buying a new car. Joseph was able to identify and help prioritize a few issues. I appreciated that he spoke in plain terms but did not talk down to me as he took me back to the shop, showed me issues while the car was up on the hydraulic lift so I could see that part of the muffler had completely broken off. Then, he pointed out that the engine valve cover was broken and leaking oil as well as one of the motor mounts had broken. Also, showed me why the rear brakes pads needed to be replaced. He pointed out that a accident they had probably caused the fender liner to come loose and that we probably would want to get this fixed at some point to prevent water from splashing inside of headlight and also potentially cause rusting but this was not an immediate need. All in all, he was a straight shooter in telling me that the general car health was fine - suspension good, fluid levels fine, front brakes good. Only 4 days in the shop and that's only because the muffler was the only part they didn't have in house. Very reasonable pricing also for how much work they did. I'll be bringing my Toyota Highlander in for all of my maintenance needs or special work that is needed in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks Joseph!
