I was staying at the Slate Hotel nearby (I’m a Hilton loyalty member) and was looking for a more elevated breakfast than what the hotel restaurant offered. I initially planned to grab a coffee and pastry from Little Owl, but after taking a look at Pasque’s menu, I decided to stay and dine in instead. I ordered the benedict with avocado, tomato confit, and a croissant, along with an oat milk cappuccino. Everything was delicious. The cappuccino was strong yet balanced, and the benedict was decadent, filling, and packed with flavor. The service was great attentive, yet relaxed. I enjoyed breakfast at Pasque enough that I chose it over using the $15 daily dining credit that came with my stay at the Slate. My only constructive feedback is that I’d love to see a plant-based breakfast meat option on the menu. The existing vegetarian choices were great, but having an option like plant-based sausage or bacon would make the breakfast offerings even more appealing for those who don’t eat meat. I’m really glad I discovered this spot. I may even consider staying at the Populus Hotel on my next trip to Denver so I can simply walk downstairs for a fantastic breakfast instead of driving over. Highly recommended!!
I had the most pleasant weekday lunch here and my server Gage was wonderful. The atmosphere was very calming. I wondered if it was worth it to come since the parking is difficult here if you’re not using valet. I’m glad I decided to come!

Bartender Zack was amazing. Insightful, thoughtful, helpful. Our drinks tasted amazing. Newer spot according to Zack, but I will def prioritize staying here next time I visit Denver. This is our first time and Denver and first restaurant we visited, and it did not disappoint.
Maybe the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had. Coffee was fantastic. Really high quality, fair prices, and great vibes. Servers were fantastic.
First the food was fabulous! We came on Valentine's night and the specials were beautiful. Drinks were delicious and also nice looking. Portions are smaller but I feel like that is the vibe. The main I got was stunning to look at but was even better to eat. I knocked the score down based on the kitchen being slow like really slow, 45 minutes between the appetizers and main slow.. and the atmosphere was a little chilly seated by the door. Other than that I would 100% go back because of the food quality and the wait staff were all very nice, so thanks for making our first married Valentine's Day special!
