For years we had driven past the building, always admiring the fantastic murals and artwork that make the facility stand out. We wondered what kind of business operated inside such a creative space. Now we know it’s one that values quality, communication, and customer convenience just as much as it values curb appeal. I had an awesome and fast process when I went there. Everyone was great all around from sales to service. Kaleb was great, he went above and beyond to get me approved and into the vehicle that I fell in love with. I appreciate his efforts and without him doing such a great job my family would not be enjoying our new vehicle. Bought a car on Saturday 4/11 from Indy Auto Man Indianapolis location and part of the sale agreement was to have new tires and body work on the bumper. The tires sold on the car were given 2/10 rating from DiscountTire when I had them checked out for safety purposes before my wife and kids would be in the car frequently. I was told I would receive a call in 24-48 hrs from the Service Dept and yet to receive that call. Living an hour away would appreciate if they would coordinate much better before I end up stranded roadside as this is my daily driver to Indy until it is safe for the family.
Very trash service I’ve been calling this place to try to get my brakes fixed on a cargo van that I purchased from Indy auto Man you can’t get to nobody they will not answer the phone. My salesman Eric assured me that service center will be contacting me about service. Nobody contacted me at all for about one week. This is after I kept calling then after that I called Again again these last 3 to 4 days to confirm my appointment because there was no email no text message or anything else sit out for this disappointment and nobody answered the phone. Literally, I’ve been calling for 3 to 4 days for my brakes to even get fixed on a vehicle that I purchased then the manager call me from the salesman department to let me know that she was gonna contact the service center. The people who do not answer the phone at All. They don’t wanna fix the Van at all I’m under warranty or at least I think I’m under warranty. I don’t know because nobody is answering the phone to even help me out. Literally, this is bad for business. I never deal with a dealership like this before in my life.
