Jacob did a wonderful job. He was on time and very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. Pricing and expected time frame for the job was discussed in a detailed manner. Our family typically uses Applewood for our home repair needs. Sometimes the pricing for the repair is not the least expensive but they more than make up for it with professionalism and their commitment to stand behind their work.
Jack was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with, I had a clogged and broken drain line below the basement slab causing water backup into my basement. Jack showed up on time and gave me repair options and got to work right away with the option of my choice. Jack did all the work by himself and completed the repair in one day and got my house back to a fully functioning home again. Now it’s up to me to put the basement back together. I Highly recommend Jack at Applewood Plumbing to anyone needing help. I’m Very happy with Applewood as a company and can’t say enough about Jack as a representative for the company. Only negative thing in my mind was the cost of the service. although, when you need work done now from a private company you have to accept the price. I would definitely use Applewood again!
Bruce James, an Applewood electrician, did excellent work at my house. First off, he was able to show me that the new oven that we are getting for our kitchen is going to work fine with the electrical wiring that’s already in place. Another electrician, from a different company, quoted me thousands of dollars to upgrade the system, when everything I needed was already in place. In that regard, Bruce and Applewood saved me thousands of dollars. He explained everything to me in a way that I can understand, that made sense. I also had him change the can lights in the ceiling of my house from incandescent to LED. He did a great job with that too. I have used Applewood for plumbing work, HVAC work, and now electrical work. I’m always satisfied with what they do.
