Waking up cold during the holidays put me in a bit of a panic. Williams Comfort Air got me through it, well, comfortably 😁 I called and was immediately put on the schedule. Within a an hour or two they let me know who was coming. Not just a name, but his story, and a photo, so I knew who I was welcoming into our home. Greg Smith arrived soon after, smile on his face, and ready to get to work. Within 30 minutes the problem was efficiently found and repaired. And here's the bonus round, because I had recently signed up for annual maintenance before my fall cleaning, my bill for this emergency service today was $0.00. Yes, emergency holiday weekend service at no charge. Had it been $200 it would not have surprised me. I'll never go anywhere else again, ever. I witnessed first hand, in this process, why my mother has used them for 25 years! Thank you to all your team for taking care of us!
We've used Mr. Plumber as long as I can remember. Gavyn Stephens came out on a Wednesday and did the annual check, listened to a concern I had and very greatly explained all the possibilities that it could be and gave me what options to take next. I'm so glad he took the time to hear me and help explain. The Friday following that Wednesday I opted for the camera scope to see if there was an underlying problem. This time I got the pleasure of working with Scott Steepleton. He fully explained to me where he was going to start and what he was going to do. Once done, he found the problem, came in and explained the whole process to me, what he had done, what he found and how to go about fixing it. I work in insurance and we discussed that if I have the coverage on my policy, it should be covered. He gave me his business card with his phone number and email address so I could hand it all over to my insurance for them to reach out to him directly. He got it set up for the guys to come out and do the work first thing Monday morning. I reached out to Scott with the claim number and my adjuster's information by Friday afternoon. Monday the guys came out and got the job all taken care of. I forwarded the invoice to my adjuster who needed one piece of information to be able to make payment. I reached out to Scott and first thing the next morning it was waiting for me in my inbox. His customer service side, and his professionalism with helping me understand everything and willingness to answer any and all questions I have had, is outstanding. He's a great asset to Mr. Plumber.

Love this company so far. I had to have furnace and Air conditioner both replaced. My furnace went out and I decided to replace old air so I would not have additional problems. The technicians were all great from beginning to end. The time frame was spot on and cost was exactly what I was quoted. The cost for a total replacement is daunting as I am on a fixed income, but it was a necessary expense. I am a totally satisfied customer. Especially want to say all of our technicians were above and beyond.
We recently had our heating unit serviced by Williams Heat & Air Condition and as usual were very satisfied with the service. Since moving here ten years ago they are our go to company for heating, cooling and plumbing. Their technicians are prepared and professional . Additionally they maintain accurate records of all work completed at this address even prior to us moving in. We highly recommend this company. This visit was covered by our ongoing service agreement and no additional payment was required.
Very disappointing service that makes me feel like I'm just a dollar sign, not a person. It feels like they're some big corporation, not a local plumber. They don't answer their phones - they give you an AI bot. The AI is so patronizing and doesn't have any answers. All it seems able to do is schedule a service call. I finally got it to have a live person call me. Several hours later, I finally got a call. All I wanted was a price quote. Even as a preferred member with a paid membership, they wouldn't give me a quote unless I paid $80 and took a day off work to have a service appointment. I've had work done by them before and their service techs told me that they have a standard book of prices for all jobs, so I don't understand why they cannot just read me that price over the phone. It feels like a scheme to get into the home and use high-pressure sales tactics to close a sale, rather than compete on price and quality. They used to feel like a warm, caring company, but all that changed after they sold out to The Wrench Group (some national home services company out of Georgia). I think it's time to find a small, local company that cares, not a huge corporate outfit that feels like it's focused on profit over people.
