I hired Mr. Plumber to replace a sump pump in February. Their competency and labor caused the device not to work properly and the basement flooded. The entire flooring and many items had to be replaced. It’s almost July and they still have not finished with correcting the issue. Their office refuses to return calls after asking to speak to their leadership to finish remedying the situation. Unfortunately, they have not stood by their work. Be aware of my situation if considering them. Midwest Remediation did great.
We got our water softener installed today, it was an extremely tight area, but Brian did a fantastic job, tying it in and altogether and making it fit. Brian And his apprentice were extremely personable and extremely knowledgeable and the field. Explain everything to me impeccably and set up the machine to run as needed. Highly recommend recommended

Our most recent experience with Mr. Plumber once again confirmed why they have become our go-to for any plumbing issue. What we thought would be a minor toilet repair turned out to be much more involved when Luke Watkinson discovered that the sub flooring needed serious attention. He patiently talked us through what needed to be done, made a few recommendations about who to contact, and remained in touch over the course of the repair. Once the sub floor and tile work was completed he returned quickly and put our master bath back in working order. There’s no question about who we’ll call in the future if/when plumbing expertise is needed. Mr. Plumber is at the top of the list.
I have a maintenance service contract with Mr. Plumber and just had out check up done. I was so very impressed with the young man who came to my home to do the work. He was polite, friendly, and most of all he was very thorough, honest and knowledgeable. He made recommendations and suggested work that I may need to have done and gave me a fair estimate. I would recommend the company for any services.
James & Cameron did an excellent job installing my water softener and reverse-osmosis drinking water filtering system. They also took the time to explain about operating and maintaining the system.
