Stayed here with my wife for my birthday weekend to see Star Dew Valley’s Symphony of Seasons concert at Butler University. This hotel was beautiful! Everyone was so nice! It was quiet and we had a blast staying here! The prices are affordable as well! Being in a wheelchair and not able to stand, I stayed in the handicap accessible room and the bed was on the higher side but completely doable with my slide board. Their ramp to the front door is the easiest ramp I have ever wheeled up and everything was perfectly accessible for me. Overall a wonderful experience at this hotel and highly recommend if you want to have access to downtown without staying in it. Broad ripple is a gorgeous and safe area to be in, my wife and I had a wonderful weekend!
The location is great, and the cleaning staff was very kind and welcoming. That said, the overall experience didn’t feel like a traditional hotel or bed and breakfast. No microwave in the rooms, etc. Some of the day-to-day operations can be improved, especially compared to nearby four-star hotels that are more affordable and offer a better experience. It’s a nice concept overall, but better on-site maintenance would make a big difference.

A friend and I were meeting up in Indianapolis with a third friend who happens to live under a mile from the Hotel. I traveled from Northwest, OH. The other traveled from Tennessee. This hotel is the perfect hidden gem. Broad Ripple is a beautiful village within Indianapolis. The hotel was amazing, beautiful 😍, and cleaner than most chain hotels that I have been to in !!°Aawhile. Now lets talk about service!! FREAKING TOP NOTCH!!! This hotel has the most amazing staff. I showed up just before 5 on Friday night. I arrived before the other whom I would be staying with. I walked inside around 5, because I read that the bar in the lobby was open. The lobby area was beautiful. Of course I was imm688⁸8ediately greeted by the gentleman who was tending the bar and checking people in. He introduced himself as Alex, and made sure I was taken care of while I waited for my friend. I told him it was going to be girls weekend. He recommended the Mexican restaurant across the road. I ordered a glass of wine while I waited, and made conversation. It turns out we both play Pokémon Go. Later when all three of us ladies were together and enjoying a few drinks outside on the patio, Alex made sure we were taken care of and was an awesome bartender/host. The whole weekend was amazing!! All of the staff was great, and the coffee in the morning was amazing. Its also in perfect walking distance to all the cute little shops in Broad Ripple. I highly recommend checking this hotel out. Also, while there take some time to learn of the history of the hotel. There is a little tablet near the coffee that shows the place when they first took over the property and the progress. Also, for those with electric cars, there are 2 charging stations available. A Definate hidden gem for sure!!! make sure and stop and knock on Harry Potter's door under the steps and say hello.
Great place to stay. I was in town just for overnight, and the room was clean and comfortable. Dennis, the GM, was accessible, communicative and kind. I loved the quaint, local atmosphere and prefer that over a big hotel chain. Thank you!
Not a single detail was missed here! This place is charming and has such a homey and cozy feel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We came to town to celebrate an anniversary and this was the perfect spot. Before we headed to dinner we went to the lounge for a glass of wine and had wonderful conversation with friendly staff. Restaurant recommendations from the owner were noted and we ended up loving one of her selections. After our bellies were full we got a relaxing night's sleep on a beyond comfortable bed. We are already excited about booking again. Thank you all for an excellent, quaint place to stay right in the heart of Broad Ripple.
