Juan and Manny are absolute legends! 🙌 (Shoutout to Daniel too) As someone who just moved here for my masters and bought my very first car with my own hard-earned money, I was stressing big time. But these guys made me feel so comfortable right from the start. They were super upfront, walked me through literally every single detail, and gave clear, honest answers without any BS. The pre purchase inspection report was insanely detailed….way better than what I got from a high-end auto shop previously. Those other guys literally took my car to the back for two hours, sent me some shady, dark photos, and tried to scare the life out of me saying my car wouldn't even survive leaving their compound. Safe to say, I'm never going anywhere else. Anytime I need anything done on my car, A&Z is my go-to spot! :)
I was in Indianapolis for a medical appointment 1.5 hours from home when my brakes failed. I googled a repair shop closest to my location and A&Z Auto popped up. I managed to get my car to the shop and explained my situation to Juan which included the necessity of my return home as soon as possible. Jaun was very gracious and accommodating and, despite being booked with appointments and, more importantly, not trying to sell me unneeded work or parts, squeezed me in and had my brakes repaired the next day. The cost was beyond fair. I highly recommend A & Z Auto Repair. Thank you, Juan!!!

Came for an oil change at a&z and got a free inspection with them. In my inspection they help me find issuss including my cv axel and even my control arms being loose. Juan was very helpful as well as Ali Manny recommend me here and I was satisfied! Would recommend more people
I’ve been to A & Z Auto Repair & Tires several times for different things like a nail in my tire and other issues. Juan is always very helpful, honest, and welcoming. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciate how respectfully he treats customers and takes the time to explain things. Some places can be dismissive, especially if you’re a woman, but that’s never been my experience here. They never try to upsell unnecessary repairs and always help quickly. Great service, fair prices, and a place you can actually trust. Highly recommend. 👍
I was told from another shop that I had to replace my rack and pinion. They drove it around and that was the conclusion they came to. I called A & Z Auto repair explained to them what the problem was and what I was told. He immediately told me that it was not what I was told. They wouldn't tell me what they thought it was without an inspection. Long story short. It was a couple of problems that needed to be fixed and they saved me from an $850.00 an unnecessary repair and will fix the actual problem. Im not paying close to that for the repairs that are actually needed. Great job.
