Nance Construction and Energized Electric did a full remodel on our 1981 home. The work done was incredible and we are so so happy with the results. All of the contractors were respectful and talented, very helpful and worked with me to make my vision come to life. We highly recommend Nance!!
Nance Construction recently completed a project to build a screened in porch for my wife and me. We are very pleased with the results. Bobby designed exactly what we wanted and complied with HOA and York County requirements. The production supervisor (Jeremy) was at the site from beginning thru completion. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed. They told us we would be happy with the results and they exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Nance construction and plan to use them for future projects.

Do not recommend. Terrible experience. Rude. Dismissive. Poor communication. Condescending. I could not wait to see them gone and even signed off on the job before repairs were done satisfactory just so they would leave. I have a mess to clean up. Here is a photo of my ceiling in progress and 'finished' (one of many pics of poor quality work). 2 weeks in the home and the ceiling is already cracking at the seams. When I pointed out that the drywall crew wasn't taping the seams, I was told they were the best crew in charlotte and everything would be smooth. Far from it. All drywall work was terrible but the ceiling takes the cake.

We were extremely pleased with the job HRGC did for us. They tore up old patio, poured a new one along with a new sidewalk and pad for garbage cans. They tore up old front yard and side yards, put down topsoil and laid sod down. The team of guys worked hard and were very courteous. Bobby Nance is great to work with, he checked up daily on the progress and always wanted to know if we had any concerns. We will be using HRGC for our next house project!
