We were stuck in a loop with our insurance company of the repairability of our roof after wind damage. And our insurance company did not want to do a replacement. I called Trey Kendall letting him know I would use Summit Roofing if they could get our insurance company to do a full replacement.They agreed with my contracted roofing that I should get a full roof replacement. Trey Kendall carefully explained his analysis and even offered to speak with our insurance company. I was floored. They'd get no benefit from doing this, and were still willing to help. He got us a full replacement roof when the insurance company only wanted to do repairs. Summit roofing was fantastic from start to finish! Trey Kendall the onsite supervisor, kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything ran smoothly. The next day Trey followed up to check on the roof, pick up any remaining nails, and answer all my questions. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding -- I couldn't be happier with the results! They did a beautiful job. What a great company and a great experience! They took on a major project on my house that transformed my cape cod into a true two-story, complete with all new roof, gutters, drywall and finishes. They managed to meet a deadline in time for me to get solar installed before end of year. Highly recommend in every way.

Summit did a great job on our new roof. They knocked it out in one day. The hottest day of the year. The workers were very careful of our property. They did an awesome job cleaning up. Blake was awesome working with. He checked on the job while being done and came back the next day to do a follow up inspection. I would use them again if needed.
We would highly recommend Summit Building & Roofing. They did an outstanding job on our full roof replacement! Tony is an excellent sales rep—professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. He kept us in the loop, making recommendations when needed and when the job was completed came back to ensure everything was done correctly. Also, the Summit roof crew was careful to cover bushes and deck to insure no damage. And their clean-up after they were done completing the roof was remarkable! We are extremely satisfied with our entire experience. Thank you, Tony!
Very responsive and attentive. Jason and his team are excellent. They were professional and competent in navigating our damages with us and insurance. Our roof replacement was completed within the time estimation that they provided. We are very pleased with the outcome!
