I had an amazing experience with USA roofing and waterproofing, from the start their team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The repair was done on time, as well as the quality of work was outstanding! they took the time to explain everything and left the area spotless when they finished. The Owner Chris has been awesome as well. he was very helpful and easy to communicate with, he truly cares about his customers and the work being done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or waterproofing services!
Look no further if you need a great team to give you a new roof. From start to finish everyone was just wonderful. Communication was great. They worked harder than any group we have ever had do work on our home. They won't oversell you - very transparent and honest. They want you happy and the product to be top notch in the end. I did LOTS of research in the process, had many teams come out to give a bid. USA Roofing and Waterproofing was by far the best of the lot.
Great experience with Chris and Jack. I had a leaky roof during recent heavy rains, Chris came out right away, gave me an honest assessment and competitive bid. Good communication throughout, new roof looks great. Would definitely use them again.
