Updated to 4 stars because Kerry was very kind and came out to our house tonight to see if there was anything he could do to make things right. The workmanship on the roof is great and we appreciate his willingness to see our point of view. North West Roofing was recommended to us by our Farmers Insurance agent. Our first interactions were great. Kerry, our sales rep, was attentive and responsive. He even met with us on a Sunday (June 11) to finalize roof type and sign our contract. We were told that the materials would be delivered on June 22nd and the deposit would be collected then. You can imagine my surprise when the roofing crew arrived early on June 16th, ready to begin work. After the crew was finished, we found quite a few nails and a piece of sharp metal left behind. While we understand that crews do the best they can when cleaning up, we would have appreciated the extra walk around.

Hats off to North West Roofing and their crew!! They were referred to me by a friend who owns 50 houses and has used them many, many times. They worked with my insurance company to make sure every detail was taken care of in a high quality manner with next to no oversight from me. If a complication arose they would handle it quickly and satisfactorily. While I hope that my roof lasts forever, in the unforeseen circumstances that it does not then I will have no hesitation to contact Paul and crew to come to my rescue. The entire process was made smooth and hassle-free, all thanks to their project manager, Bill U. From the moment we initiated contact with North West Roofing, Bill proved to be prompt and reliable. He responded promptly to our inquiry and scheduled a site visit very quickly. During the initial meeting, Bill demonstrated an in-depth understanding of our roofing needs and wasn't pushy or questioning our decision on the involvement of our insurance company. He communicated with us regularly, keeping us informed about the project's progress at all times. The roofing installation crew also deserves some praise for their hard work. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and wasted no time getting to work. After the roof installation was complete, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the area was. It was clear that North West Roofing takes great pride in their work and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, I can't speak highly enough about Bill and North West Roofing. If you're in need of roofing services, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to them.
I'm specifically reviewing the siding company Northwest Roofing utilizes and Charles Hall. Charles was extremely helpful and responsive with a repair that occurred shortly after they completed a full siding and gutter job on my home. He sent his team out to make it right and complete the repair. If you use Northwest roofing and siding is part of your service you will be very pleased. Also my sales rep Todd was wonderful to work with.
