Incredible service by Jordan on the night shift! Another hotel left me stranded at 3 AM by refusing to honor a third-party booking. When the booking platform offered a credit for an alternate property, I called La Quinta. Jordan immediately understood the situation and seamlessly helped me combine a direct booking for the first night with the third-party credit for the second night. Separately, when I called to ask about laundry, he even went upstairs to check prices for me while staying on the line. The hotel itself is a bit dated, though the room was clean. The pool had a "closed until further notice" sign when I checked, but it did re-open later in my stay. The hot tub lining is heavily chipped. For laundry, you have to download an app and pay convenience fees alongside purchasing detergent from the front desk, though it came out to under $10 total. Breakfast had a good selection, but the food quality was a bit low (the apple juice dispenser just gave water). Free parking was a nice plus. Jordan completely saved my night. Kudos to him for fantastic customer service.
Nice hotel and location! Angelica was great to work with when checking in. Lots of fast food restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. There is also a permanent food truck in the parking lot (the hotel provided a 10% off coupon). The parking lot is very well lit around the entire building and the property felt safe for us to walk around. The room was large with an air conditioner/heater, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All the facilities appeared to be clean and in working condition. For breakfast, the hotel served biscuits and gravy, potatoes, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, English muffins, and toast. A text was sent to complete check out which was convenient. Our only disappointments during our stay was no meat option for breakfast and we found a hair and a mold spot on the caulking in our shower. Will likely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. We loved the indoor pool. We had plans to take our baby swimming, but the weather was not favorable for outdoor play, so we really loved that we didn't have to cancel that plan. Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We would definitely stay again.
This place is a great place to stay. The service especially the check-in service with Jordan was very well done. I’ve stayed at many La Quinta locations and this one by far is in the Top 10. Very clean breakfast was incredible. We were greeted as we entered the breakfast area. The employees seem to get the message about servicing customers. I would recommend anyone staying here for a great stay.
All staff was super helpful and friendly, including our gracious check-in host Julissa! Room was clean and well-stocked. Sleeping was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is served 6am-9am daily. The food selection includes the staples of waffle, biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal/milk, and fruit juices. When inventory ran low, the staff replenished it quickly. The eating area was clean!
