I’m happy to be able to delete my previous review of Bliss Roofing.. I had a lot of issues with my roof and I’m pleased to say Zak and Preston went above and beyond to fix all issues I had. Angle and his crew were amazing and did a fantastic job replacing the roof. Zak and Preston kept me in the loop though out the process and answered all my questions.. I can’t thank them enough for treating my home as it was their own..
Having a new roof on your house is an expense investment so you want to partner with a company that you can trust. My husband and I had a very positive experience with Bliss Roofing. They approached things differently. Their employees work together collaboratively as a team and with us as the customer. Each person on the Bliss team has a role and they communicate / coordinate between each other seamlessly. 1. Adam, our Roof Inspector, spent a lot of time with us upfront getting to know what we wanted to accomplish and in our price range. He visually identified where our roof issues were and provided photographic proof, provided recommendations / solutions explaining the reasons so that we understood the process and what to expect. 2. Vivianna, our Production Admin, was our go to person in the office who help coordinate the flow between all the Bliss team members. She worked diligently with excellent follow-through and paid meticulous attention to detail to make sure that everything worked successfully on our project. 3. Cesar, our Install and Quality Control Manager, understood the details of our project and made sure that all the things we asked for were completed successfully. He was vital to the project's success. We had many questions throughout the process and Cesar patiently answered our questions as the project progressed. 4. Tony, our Roofing Forman and his crew, are some of the hardest working individuals we have met. They treated our house like it was their own. They did an excellent job on the roof as well as the thorough clean up at the end of each day / end of the project. Every person we came into contact with at Bliss Roofing treated us with dignity and respect, and that is why I highly recommend Bliss Roofing.

The worker arrived on time and provided me with photos of the work done when completed. The new shingles matched the existing ones and the repair is barely noticeable. I highly recommend Bliss Roofing!
We had a full roof replacement (including roof decking) with Bliss, and it was a great experience. Everything from the original quote to final walk though was professional and well-organized. Grant was so helpful with some back-office requests, and Cesar kept us well informed about the daly work on-site. The roof looks great, and we are very happy with the results.
We had an incredible experience with Bliss, who was recommended to us by some friends. It started with Micah K. analyzing our roof. Using pictures from a drone and an inspection in the attic, including a temperature check, it was determined that we were in serious need of ventilation and some plywood replacement, maybe 10 sheets he thought. The work was managed by Cesar Morales who treated the entire process like it was his own that he was paying for. He had a fantastic crew that went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked hard to replace not 10 sheets of plywood but more than 80! They fixed some structural stuff, hooked up the kitchen range vent as much as possible, making it easier for me to finish the job, and even saved a bird's nest and babies! Upon final inspection that included drone pictures and a walk around, Cesar saw a minor fix that he insisted be fixed. His guy came out that afternoon. Again, he treated it as he would personally want it done for himself. We couldn't be happier with the work of Bliss Roofing. Their staff were incredible and we now have the roof we desperately need.
