Prior to taking our vehicles to Overbeck for service, they had only been serviced by the dealership. A mechanic at a local body shop recommended Overbeck to me, and I am a very satisfied new customer. The staff is super friendly, and they are consistent and proactive in communicating. I received same- day written estimates for repairs on my Volvo and BMW that were clear, the pricing was reasonable, and I am very happy with their work.
Overbeck has taken care of my Toyota Prius for several years. Always Friendly, helpful, dependable and reasonable. I trust them completely with my hybrid. They are very thorough.
I'm very happy with my experience at Overbeck! I was buying a used car and I wanted a third party inspection before I pulled the trigger. I spoke to Mike in the morning, and he was very flexible about seeing the car that day. He under promised and over delivered on how much time it would take and he patiently explained all of the findings so that I could use that information in my negotiation. He also helped me understand why the price I was paying for the car was fair. And then he even checked in with me a couple of days later to see how it went (that was just above and beyond!). I highly recommend Overbeck, and I will absolutely be back!
