I came home from a really long road trip out west and brought my van into Luke’s for an oil change. During the service, I requested that my battery be tested. Lo and behold, by the time my oil was changed and my tires were rotated - my battery was completely dead. Kristian and Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that my battery got replaced in record time. The quality of service I received was beyond exceptional and I’m truly grateful for my experience today. Thank you so much!
Been having an issue with my car for over a month. Went to another shop and they couldn't diagnose the problem. Took my car to Luke's and within the day they were able to pin point the issue and fix it. Excellent service. The updates and all the information they give you is very easy to understand about what's going on with your car. Could not recommend more.

My experience with Luke's Auto was very good. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and welcoming, which made me want to bring my car to them. I initially called the Bethel Rd location, but after finding it was too far, I asked to be transferred to a closer location. The staff at the new location were just as friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the staff were courteous, and the facility was nice. Although my car wasn't fixed that day, I was relieved that my insurance company could assist me in getting it to the right place and having it repaired at a price I could afford. I'm grateful to Olivia and the entire team for their kindness and assistance, and I appreciate the chance to have met such great people.
I lost a right front tire while I was driving our car last week. I had the car towed to Lukes on Sinclair. Their commuication and service to my situation was exceptional. Shout out to Ryan, Shawn, Brad and Ben for their attention and assistance to our situation!! I would highly recommend these folks!!
I had my oil changed and they checked the condition of my tire, brakes, belts, and engine air filter. They gave me advice about when maintenance was recommended, and didn’t push selling anything. Snacks and drinks are in the lobby for customers. Service (scheduled ahead of time) was quick. The owner of the business also runs a non-profit teaching “at risk” teenagers automotive skills. Luke’s has done other work for me, and they have earned my trust.
