Took my 2015 Honda Odyssey which my wife is the primary driver of to Brach's for front brake work 3 weeks ago. I noticed pulsating braking and suspension issues. Former vendor replaced stabilizer bar link a month prior, which I assumed would address the issue. Tom assessed the van witg 164k miles and provided a detailed list of all issues. I think he uses Car Fax to review the vehicles history - like doctors use My Chart/EPIC for a human's medical history! I keep records and we verified that the timing belt has never been replaced. Although I elected to defer that maintenance 6 weeks out, I was impressed with both the 1)assessment and the 2) front break and suspension control arm. After 3 weeks of verification, I confirm that the front brakes/suspension issues were addressed and the van rides as if it were new. Tom and his crew are car freaks! I got in the same day of my call and picked up the van just before 6pm - and they were still providing services. Seems Tom and his Technicians have a passion for servicing vehicles and their customers. Most highly recommended! Mike C.
Let me start this off by saying Im not a "car guy"...can barely tell the difference between a cup holder and a carburetor. So when my wife and I needed to look for a mechanic to help us deal with a tire issue, we were a bit concerned at ensuring we found a spot that we could trust. And I say, while I am not a car guy, I am pretty knowledgeable on customer service and how to engage with a customer and help them make decisions that may be new to them. And man did Tom make it really easy for us. The way he walked us through all of our options, talked to us about what happened and why it happens, and made everything seem so clear, really helped us understand our car in more detail than we ever had. Not to mention literally itemizing and explaining each and every thing they did. Amazing service. I 100% have found our car place so long as we live here. Seriously if you're like us and not too up on what goes on with cars internally and whatnot, do yourself a favor and go see my man Tom and the team at Brach's.

I had a really great experience with Brach’s Auto Center and wanted to share. From the beginning, they were straightforward, honest, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. The work was done on time, the pricing was fair, and my car runs great again. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with something as important as your vehicle, but this shop definitely earned that trust. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest auto body shop that truly takes care of both you and your car, I highly recommend them.
Tom and the whole team at Brach’s are the best of the BEST! I have been taking all of my vehicles to Brach’s for over 14 years. Every experience is nothing short of amazing. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, professional and pricing is the best you will find. The work is always done right and they are extremely transparent. I only trust Tom with my vehicles! I'm so thankful I found this place. I moved to the area recently and was searching for a new mechanic. I originally just wanted an oil change on my older car, but the owner gave me a full inspection. I was impressed at his thoroughness and transparency. He was able to explain in clear English what was wrong with my car, the total cost of repair, and long-term considerations for maintaining the car. All the issues he discovered with my car, previous mechanics had failed to mention to me. This allowed me to make an informed decision about whether the repairs were worth it. In the end, the repair cost would have been much greater than the value of the car. I later brought in a separate used car I was considering purchasing to be inspected. Again, the owner provided a thorough inspection and gave me an in-depth talk about plans for maintaining the car. He actually saved me money because I passed on an unneeded tune up that another dealership later tried to upsell me on. After inspecting each car the owner reviewed the Carfax with me. I appreciate him sharing his in-depth knowledge and expertise along with his professionalism. He took the extra time to make sure I understood the state of both cars. I will gladly continue to support this business.
